Overview
Product description
When a device is burnt, water-damaged or fully locked, logical extraction is no longer possible. DA-CHIPOFF Lab lets the technician remove the memory chip with a precision hot-air station, clean the pads and read the raw data through dedicated sockets.
The bundle includes a digital hot-air/soldering station, a stereo microscope, a chip-pad polishing unit, eMMC/eMCP/UFS/BGA socket sets and software that rebuilds the file system from the raw NAND image.
