A 620-guest company retreat for a manufacturing client
Three consecutive groups over nine days in Da Nang, with a permanent operations crew and transparent post-event settlement.
The programme was split into three consecutive groups so the plant could keep running. Each group of roughly 200 guests stayed three nights at a four-star beachfront hotel in Da Nang.
Tan Hong kept a permanent crew on site for the full nine days: tour leader, MC, AV technicians and a medical officer. Team-building activities were built around the client's workplace-safety message.
The complete settlement file with supporting documents was handed over within five working days of the last group's return.
