Warranty and technical support policy from 2026
Camera warranty extended to 36 months, with loan equipment provided while units are under repair.
From 1 January 2026 all security cameras distributed by Tan Hong carry a 36-month warranty; recorders and network equipment carry 24–60 months depending on the model.
Customers on a maintenance contract get a four-hour response commitment during business hours and eight hours outside them, plus equivalent loan equipment while units are repaired so the system stays live.
